Community Call to Action

One cheek swab could save a life.

Sometimes changing the world begins with changing one person's world.

This is Adam. He is six years old, and somewhere out there is a stranger whose cheek swab could save his life.

You could be that stranger.

Introduction

Meet Adam.

Adam is six years old.

He has relapsed Type B Acute Lymphoblastic Leukaemia and urgently needs a matching stem cell donor.

For Adam… and for thousands of people diagnosed with blood cancers… someone they've never met could become their miracle.

Sometimes changing the world doesn't require extraordinary wealth.

Sometimes… it begins with saying, "I'm willing to help."

Why stem cell donation matters

Simpler than most people imagine.

Many people believe stem cell donation involves surgery.

Most donations today are similar to donating blood.

The very first step is simply registering through a cheek swab.

If your tissue type ever matches someone fighting blood cancer, you may be contacted.

For many patients… that call could mean another chance at life.

We don't know whose life our name might one day be connected to.

Putting YOU back into Humanity.

One of the greatest gifts we can give another human being… is tomorrow.

At uManity we believe that humanity is measured not only by what we believe… but by what we choose to do.

A smile. A conversation. A hand. A cheek swab.

Every act of compassion reminds someone they are not facing life alone.
